A typical concession will have a number of tractors, diggers, excavators and other heavy equipment all in various states of repair but mostly neglected. It is understandable when this equipment is serviced by untrained personal that has no vested interest in its up keeping nor have any idea of the capital cost.

Equipment age varies but most will be older than 10 years if not more. If you think age is the restriction for a working farm device you would be wrong.

Another very important consideration is the environment. When a worker gets told to do an oil change then that is the task. The task does not include cleaning up responsibly.

Take a look at this photo and see all the broken parts and neglect that could easily be avoided. When you have a dedicated team doing maintenance with the appropriate tools this will no longer happen.

Here at Ecoladang we understand capital investment and the value of working equipment and that is the main task of the Heavy Industrial Unit.

This is such good information. Thank you
