A typical palm plantation is around 1000 hectares or larger. Typically a farm will have a workforce that consists of local inhabitants that perform most non specialists tasks. For example using a digger or tractor. If the heavy equipment fails, mostly through lack of maintenance, a suitable mechanic will have to come on site and do the repair if possible. In most cases the older equipment is just abandoned. Part of our concept is a fully equipped workshop that can be used to repair equipment on site and provide valuable vocational training and apprenticeship programs.

We also provide the building blocks for aqua farms, insect farms, rabbit farms and much more.
The micro farms are partly powered by renewable energy using the farms abundant Biomass through an energy conversation to biogass or biochar. This mechanism provides ample power to the rest of the farm.

One of the most interesting micro farms is a PCDS or Private Compact Data Spaces provided by My Data Sys that provides sovereign AI data services to companies to stay competitive in today's world. The PCDS is contained in a standard 40 foot container and is powered via the national grid and the renewable Biomass source. They not only provide highly sought after AI Data services but also allows the local telecommunications companies to co host 4g and 5g services for the community.

Our whole concept is based on providing local jobs for people that can translate to real skills outside the farm.
As an example, we have a electrical workshop to provide services to the farm and as part of the service we provide vocational training that includes certified training for apprentices in Electric Vehicles so they can service modern electric vehicles as a career option.
This is just a small example of what we provide in our farm inside a farm concept.
