1. Biomass Sourcing & Foundational Feedstock Partners

Operating a continuous, grid-scale thermochemical power plant requires a highly secure and diversified baseload of raw organic materials. Felled palm trees alone cannot sustain our energy needs year-round, which is why we establish multi-resource supply partnerships:
  • MyBamboo Malaysia: Our primary bio-energy partner, collaborating to source and harvest fast-growing bamboo species to supplement our oil palm residues. Bamboo acts as a high-density "biological battery" with exceptional calorific value, ensuring a predictable, stable carbon input for our reactors while actively remediating degraded plantation soils. 

  • Concession & Estate Owners: We enter into mutually beneficial joint-venture agreements with large-scale palm oil plantations to clear their aging 66-foot trees and agricultural waste (EFB, OPF, and palm kernel shells) at zero cost. We convert their costly physical liabilities into continuous, localized off-grid energy, sharing the electrical surplus back to the local community.
